Session Infomation

In the era of data-driven intelligence, LiDAR technology has emerged as a pivotal sensor for data acquisition, offering unparalleled capabilities in high-resolution imaging and advanced information processing. Distinct from conventional sensing systems, LiDAR distinguishes itself by providing intricate three-dimensional insights into the surrounding environment. This encompasses not only the accurate measurement of range and velocity but also the revelation of physical or chemical characteristics of objects.
This session is dedicated to exploring the fundamental technologies underpinning LiDAR systems and their integration with modern signal processing techniques. It aims to illuminate the expansive scope and impact of LiDAR applications in the current technological landscape. Join us as we delve into the intricate interplay of cutting-edge technologies that defines the forefront of LiDAR innovation. The scope of this session includes (but not limited to):
1. On-Chip/Silicon Photonics LiDAR;
2. Single-Photon LiDAR;
3. Underwater detection LiDAR;
4. Atmospheric monitoring LiDAR;
5. Autonomous Driving LiDAR.
