Symposium Reception

On Sunday evening, April 21, 2024, all conference participants are invited to a welcome reception at the conference hotel. The tickets are free and handed out on a first-come-first-served basis. Please make reservation in advance for the reception by April 1, 2024.
2024年4月21日（星期日）晚上，所有与会者都被邀请参加在会议酒店举行的欢迎招待会。门票免费，请您务必在2024年4月1日前提前预订。

Symposium Banquet

On Wednesday evening, April 24, 2024, symposium banquet is planned for PIERS participants and their guests at the conference hotel. A limited number of banquet tickets will be available. For all participants, the price is USD 60 / RMB 420 per person. Please make reservation and pay in advance for the banquet by April 1, 2024.
PIERS晚宴将于2022年4月24日（星期三）晚上在成都锦江宾馆举行。宴会坐席数量有限。晚宴门票每人60美元或人民币420元。请于2024年4月1日前预订并预付宴会费用。

Lunch Information

PIERS registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions, coffee break areas. It does not include any other meals or lodging costs. Buffet lunch and/or lunch box on April 22-25 will be planned on the conference site for the convenience of PIERS onsite participants. Registered and paid onsite participants will have a special fee of RMB 10 / USD 2 for each lunch ticket per day. The reserved number of lunch tickets is limited and on first-come-first-served basis. Please log in PIERS Author Center and book the lunch tickets once your trip is finalized. The lunch booking deadline is 10 April, 2024.
Conference venue is located in the center of city and also near shopping malls. You can also easily find a lot of Chinese and western food or fast food in these food courts.
PIERS注册费包含了参加所有大会分组讨论会和茶歇，不含餐费和住宿费。为了方便PIERS参会来宾，每位注册的参会者可以特别价（10元每位每天）预订会议期间的午餐券（会议午餐将根据预订人数，安排餐盒或者自助午餐的形式）。为了统计人数，提前安排场地，会议午餐需要在4月10日提前预订。请登录PIERS作者中心尽早预订。为了提高现场报到效率，建议您预订好中餐，在行程确定后，于4月10日前完成付款。
大会午餐通知计划：3月27日第一次午餐预订提醒；4月3日第二次午餐预订提醒；4月8日第三次（最终）午餐预订提醒；4月11日上午8点午餐预订通道准时关闭。午餐数据将提交给大会会务组做会前准备，敬请各位参会来宾留意预订截止日期。
宾馆会议地点地处成都市中心，周边有大型商业购物中心。您也可以很容易地找到许多中西餐或快餐。
