Session Infomation

The design of antenna arrays for beamforming and direction finding applications presents several challenges from the theoretical and methodological viewpoint, due to the concurring and compelling requirements in terms of array configuration, radiation performance, flexibility and system complexity. Unconventional antenna arrays represent a candidate typology to address such challenges. The scope of this session includes, yet extend beyond, unconventional antenna array analysis and synthesis methods, DOA estimation algorithms, and their applications.
