Session Infomation

Optical quantum information, which utilizes the laws of quantum optics to process and communicate information, is one of the key directions. Due to the introduction of the quantum effect, optical quantum information processing greatly improves information processing capacity and communication security. This session, entitled “Foundation and Implementation of Optical Quantum Information”, focuses on exploring optical quantum information techniques with better physical properties than the corresponding classical limit. Example topics include but are not limited to optical quantum information protocols (quantum key distribution, quantum teleportation, entanglement swapping, etc), optical quantum metrology, and so on.
