This session welcomes papers related to Multiphysics modeling and simulation methods, and their applications for advanced semiconductor devices and 3D integrated circuits. The semiconductor devices can be but not limit to high power electronic devices including GaN, LDMOS, SiC, etc., Si based field effect transistor at advanced technology nodes such as FinFET, GAA FET, etc., neuromorphic devices. The 3D integrated circuits can be but not limited to RF circuits, AI integrated circuits, optoelectronic integrated circuits.
