In recent years, significant advancements have been made in the simulation methods of energy photonics. These advancements have provided a powerful tool for optimizing the design and analyzing the mechanisms of optoelectronic devices, such as high-performance photovoltaics. This session primarily emphasizes the theoretical fundamentals of photovoltaics, device/module-level modeling and simulation, advanced photovoltaic materials, structural designs, photonic theory, and design for light trapping, as well as performance characterization and mechanisms of photovoltaic devices, along with advanced photovoltaic technologies and devices. We warmly welcome submissions related to this topic, encompassing theoretical, experimental, and practical contributions.
