Session Infomation

Quantum technology promises to revolutionize its classical counterpart in communication, computation, measurement, imaging, etc. Quantum light sources, including single-photon sources and entangled photon sources, are the main resources in realizing such advantages. Photons from quantum light sources can be utilized for quantum interference, which is essential in many quantum information transferring and processing protocols. The topics of this session include, but are not limited to:
1. Single-photon sources
2. Entangled photon sources
3. Quantum interference and its applications
